What is the RGA

By law, all dogs and cats found on the streets should be seized. If the animal is properly registered and identified with the plate, the owner is easily found and called to remove it.
Who needs the RGA
In São Paulo, the RGA is required for dogs and cats. The animals should remove the RGA between three and six months old. Upon registration, they also receive a rabies vaccine, if you have not taken.

I dont know costs to ship a dog internationally.. it costs around $250-400 to ship from state to state.. so probably somewhere around $600 or more doesnt sound unreasonable for international shipping.
Your …up a savings acct, put the $80 a month into that, and save it as vet emergencies only. It sits there and draws interest.. If you need it.. its there.. if you never/hardly ever needed it, then its there, drawing interest.

Any ideas??
Tampa, Florida
Six years old may be a little early. But here are ideas:
1. Church activities
2. Find a senior and have her help you do something nice for them.
3. Make items for kids in shelters (e.g. bags filled with items from the dollar store).
